LISTEN TO ONE MORE NIGHT

After years of severe social anxiety, the pandemic, and the loss of my sister to suicide in July 2020, I wasn’t really sure how to continue on with life. I wasn’t actively planning to end it, but I certainly didn’t feel like living it.

Every day was a battle. 

One More Night is a song about committing to one more night, to not giving up, to acknowledging you’re not OK but pushing through anyway. 

If you can get through one more night, who knows what tomorrow holds.
